Labial Reduction Surgery
Every woman is constructed slightly differently. It is not uncommon for a woman to feel dissatisfied with her labia minora (inner lips of the vagina), especially if they are particularly long. In many cases women are just not happy with parts of their genitalia. This can be embarrassing, uncomfortable and can even lead to sexual dissatisfaction or difficulty. Women with exceptionally long or unequal lengths of the labia minora can have them aesthetically reshaped.
During surgery we will trim the inner folds so that they no longer protrude - either by reducing the edges of the labia, or by snipping out a 'V' shape wedge of tissue. Then the remaining edges are carefully sewn back together taking care to obtain as natural a result as possible. Depending on the patient you may stay overnight but most patients can go home the same day as the operation. You have to be realistic in your expectations. The surgery will restore a more normal appearance to the genitalia. In most cases the surgery is virtually undetectable after complete healing and patients are extremely pleased with the final results.

Vaginal tightening/ Vaginoplasty, often referred to as a designer vagina, is a procedure to enhance the feelings of sexual gratification and should allow the woman to receive and give more pleasure when making love. For women who've experienced childbirth, vaginal muscles tend to expand during the delivery, the result can often be weak, loose, vaginal muscles. This can be embarrassing, uncomfortable and can even lead to sexual dissatisfaction or difficulty. Even after exercise the condition of the vaginal muscles may not improve. The aim of surgery is to improve the tone of the vagina by tightening the vaginal muscles and supporting tissues. This procedure typically tones vaginal muscle, resulting in greater strength, contraction, and control. The stretched muscle at the back of the vagina is joined together and shortened with dissolvable stitches, and the unwanted skin is removed. This tightens vaginal muscles and surrounding soft tissues, by reducing excess vaginal lining.
